Our Vacation to Florida

We enjoyed a wonderful week in Florida! The First Shultz Family vacation at the condo in Redington Beach, Florida. We had so much fun and Katelynn loved spending time with her Grammy and Grandpa, Uncle Jeff and Aunt Natalie, too!

Most days we spent in the pool and the Gulf, although we did do a little shopping, too! It was a relaxing week and we can't wait to do it again.

I can't believe I don't have pictures with Uncle Jeff and Aunt Natalie, but I know they do. Hopefully I'll have more pictures to share from them and Grammy, too. She got some cute pics of Aunt Carol with Katelynn on Saturday morning before we left for the airport.

6 Months

Katelynn is SIX MONTHS OLD! What an amazing blessing she has been to us. She has gained 10 pounds in six months, weighing in at 17 lbs 9 ounces (81%), 26.25 inches long (71%)and her head measures 43.5 cm (80%). Dr. Hunt says she is "perfect"!

Many thanks to our family and friends who have been a special part of Katelynn's first six months. We love you!

Engagement Party

We spent last Sunday at Jamie and Jay's Engagement Party. We had a wonderful time meeting more of Jamie's family and visiting with our family and friends. We are looking forward to their wedding...June 5, 2010! It seems far away, but it will be here before you know it. The party was at Plamann Park and we took advantage of the beautiful day to enjoy the swings and the slides with Katelynn.

More Pictures!

Before we left town on Sunday, we went to downtown and took a stroll on the Stone Arch Bridge. It was about six thousand degrees, but we had a fun time. We were able to see construction of the I-35 bridge that collapsed last year.

Thanks to Grandpa and Gran for joining us on this big adventure. Katelynn is a well traveled 5-month old. She's been to 5 states already!

The big excitement this week is TEETH! She's hiding them from us (99.9% of the time), but they are just starting to poke through!

Happy Independence Day!

We spent the 4th of July weekend in Minneapolis. We were in town to celebrate Will & Ben's 2nd Birthday and Jason had a race at I-94 Raceway in BFE, MN. We carpooled with Grandpa and Gran, Katelynn sure enjoyed sitting in the back with Mommy and Daddy. She was spoiled!

We even got to see Great Gran!

While Grandpa and Daddy were at the race track...We went swimming!

Katelynn met Great Uncle Wes...
and Great Uncle Bill, too!

We celebrated Will and Ben's 2nd Birthday! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

Great Gran cracked Katelynn up while she blew the party horn!

Katelynn loves her cereal

Ben was so sweet to Katelynn, bringing her toys to play with

Will showed toys to Katelynn, too. They are so cute - they say Baby Katelynn!

We'll get to visit Great Aunt Teresa, Uncle Gary, Will and Ben when we visit MN again at the beginning of August. We'll be in town to celebrate my friend Erin's wedding! :)
