In Favre We Trust

We don't have the time to get into all the Packer talk here in Wisconsin, but anyone who knows us knows we LOVE Brett Favre. And while we wish he was still in green and gold, he's still our favrite! 7 Months!

We enjoyed a wonderful weekend with Maggie - we are so glad she was able to come visit us and meet Katelynn. Maggie spoiled Katelynn! Katelynn was devestated when she left yesterday. She kept looking around for Maggie last night. THANK YOU for visiting us! We miss you already. We are so BLESSED by great friends and family.

Speaking of great friends, we are looking forward to LABOR DAY WEEKEND and a visit from Becky, Corey, Peyton, Bethany and Jaxon! We can't wait! We are so glad you want to spend Labor Day with us!!!!

It is so hard for us to believe that Katelynn is 7 months old already. She is so much fun. She wants to crawl so badly...but she just scoots. She will get up on her knees and even onto her feet with some help. She jumps, she rolls like crazy, she laughs and plays. We get the biggest kick out of her. She entertains us! She wants to see everything that is going on. She recognizes people and smiles back at them - it's so precious! You just have to see her to appreciate her wonderful personality. And, have you heard her talk? Oh, it melts my heart!

This Weekend...

...we were finally home! What a blessing after being gone the last 3 weekends. We spent Saturday getting pictures taken, shopping for cars, traveling the Bay, and playing at home. Today, we went to church, went car shopping, and went to Katelynn's first softball game, to watch Uncle Jay! We are looking forward to Friday when Aunt Maggie comes to play! YAY!

Packer Family Night

Last Sunday we enjoyed the annual Green Bay Packers Family Night at Lambeau Field. Even though it was a little rainy, we still had a good time!

Mama!

That's right! Katelynn has been babbling all about her Mom and Mama since Wednesday. Jason and I were both a little suprised when she said Mom, maybe we misheard her. So we stopped what we were doing to listen to her continue to say Mom and Mama. She continued to entertain us the rest of the night. I figured it was one of those words she'll say and forget again the next day, but Angie told me she babbled Mama all day on Thursday. This morning, we listened to her talking all about me on the monitor before Jason went to get her up. She makes us laugh all the time.

Hopefully, I'll get the chance to post some pictures from last weekend's trip to Minneapolis tonight.

Erin and Ivan's Wedding

We spent last weekend in Minneapolis, attending Erin and Ivan's wedding. Erin is my last high school girlfriend to get married. It was a beautiful wedding, and Erin was a gorgeous bride. This was Katelynn's first wedding and the first time that some of our friends had the chance to meet her. We hope to get together again soon.
