Yesterday we celebrated my birthday, let's just say I'm 26 (again)! The three of us enjoyed lunch at Margarita's in Green Bay, my favorite! Katelynn is such an angel, we never heard a sound from her. We also were able to visit Ameriprise and see Jason's friends at work.
Katelynn is two weeks old today. She has changed so much already. Today, we ventured to my office for a birthday celebration with pizza and cake. Katelynn was very well behaved, too!
Tomorrow, we go to the doctor for her 2 week check up. We're both anxious to see how big she is now.
Having a newborn makes it difficult for me to get any time to upload pictures, but as soon as I get a chance, I will. :-)

What a Week!
Katelynn is already a week old! Time is going by so quickly! We have less than 2 weeks before Jason goes back to work, how sad that will be for Katelynn and me. :-( On Sunday, we were able to watch our first Packer game as a family! Katelynn spent most of the first half, sleeping in Daddy's arms, with her hands above her head (signaling, it's good!). Each day is a blessing and we are lucky to be surrounded by family and friends who are making such an impact in our lives. THANK YOU! Katelynn can't wait to meet Uncle Jeff and Aunt Natalie tomorrow!

Katelynn
We're Home!
We left the hospital Friday morning about 10:00 and have enjoyed being at home. Three days in the hospital isn't much fun. Katelynn has been able to enjoy unusually cold weather (even for Wisconsin). The temperature yesterday reached a high of 12, but the windchill made it much worse.
Katelynn is such a joy! She is such a blessing and we are so thankful to have our Princess Baby.
Thank you to everyone who came to visit us in the hospital - we enjoyed your company and we welcome you to come visit us at home.
Love, Jason & Sandy

Progress...
We went to the doctor this morning and I'm dilated to 3cm! If Tinkerbell doesn't decide to come on her own - she will be born on January 16th! So, lets hope she comes before then! I will try to post Week 37 pictures and her beautiful nursery this weekend!

Cucumber Pasta Salad from my Baby Shower
Lots of people asked for the recipe for the Cucumber Pasta Salad that Cherie brought to my baby shower last Saturday. I can't remember who all wanted the recipe, so here it is! Enjoy!!!
Cucumber Pasta Salad
3 small to medium cucumbers, diced, no seeds (I slice lengthwise in half first,
then in half again on those 2 sections, remove seeds and dice)
1 small onion, chopped (we used a red onion)
1 TBSP dill weed
Dash of garlic salt
Dash of salt and pepper
Dash of seasoning salt
Box of Bow-tie pasta (cook according to directions, cool)
1 jar Marzetti Slaw dressing (found in refrig section or by salad dressings)
1 carton 8 oz half and half (only use half, save the rest for later or next day
- I usually buy the pint)
Directions:
Boil noodles, rinse and cool. Add slaw dressing and half of the half-and-half.
Mix remaining ingredients and enjoy!
