36 Weeks
As you know, Jason is hoping to meet Tinkerbell by the end of the year. Even though her due date is still more than three weeks away, Jason believe it will happen in the next week.
We go to the doctor on Thursday - we'll see if there has been any progress. No contractions, yet! My final baby shower is on Saturday, so let's hope we make it that far! That still leaves 2 whole days for Tink to arrive!

Things you're never quite prepared for
I'm pretty sure you're never quite prepared for your 35 week appointment. I sure didn't know what to expect and thinking back over the past 7 hours - maybe that's a good thing! The good news is that sweet little Tink is doing just fine! Heartbeat was 133, she's head down, and Dr. Honkamp rubbed her little head. I'm dilated 1 cm already and Tink is at -3 station, which means she hasn't begun her descent into the birth canal, and just starting to efface. Jason is still holding out hope that we'll be ringing in the New Year with Tinkerbell. We go back to the doctor on December 27th - so we'll see how much changes in a couple weeks.
We also got the dresser tonight, so we'll have pictures of week 35 and maybe some sneak peaks at Tinkerbell's room with all her furniture and hopefully some decorations! YAY!!!!

Thanksgiving Weekend
We have much to be thankful for! As we await the arrival of Tinkerbell, we are not able to travel away from home, which is one of our favorite things to do, especially over the holidays. We are most thankful for my family, who stayed home to celebrate Thanksgiving with us. We were blessed to have Grandma join us as well and we have enjoyed lots of time together over the past 5 days. Thank you for making our Thanksgiving a time with family.
When we haven't been cheering for the Packers (Thursday) or the Jayhawks (Saturday) we have been busy assembling baby toys and furniture. So far, just our crib has arrived, we hope the dresser and armoire will arrive soon!

Baby Shower
31 Weeks
Packer Prayer
Our Favre,
Who art in Lambeau,
Hallowed be thine arm.
The bowl will come,
It will be won.
In Phoenix as it is in Lambeau.
And give us this Sunday,
Our weekly win.
And give us many touchdown passes.
But do not let others pass against us.
Lead us not into frustration,
But deliver us to the valley of the sun.
For thine is the MVP, the best of the NFC,
and the glory of the Cheeseheads,
now and forever.

Baby Shower
Home and Back to Work
Packers win again!
After enjoying two days off work and a gorgeous weekend in Kansas City, we're back home and at work. We had such a wonderful weekend, it was sad to get back to reality this morning.
We were fortunate to spend lots of time with our family and friends. Thank you to Natalie, Kara, and Christie for putting together an awesome baby shower on Saturday. I had such a wonderful time and I am looking forward to going through of all of Tinkerbell's new stuff this week! Thank you to everyone who was able to be there and to Grammy for letting us use her house!
We were also able to attend Sophia's first birthday party on Saturday afternoon. We had such a fun time and it was great to see all the McClain Family!
Sunday was a delight! Jason and I went to the Packers/Chiefs game with Chris & Kara and Jeff & Natalie. We had the most fun - the weather was gorgeous - and we saw an awesome and thrilling Packers victory! GO PACK GO! Tinkerbell loved her first Packers game. She was kicking and bouncing around for most of the game.
Not a good sign for KC - but a great sign for the Packers!
Another sign of greatness...Greg Jennings catching a TD pass from
Favre!
What an amazing catch!
We took lots of pictures this weekend - I will try and post them tonight!
