Oh, we sure miss cousin Jennifer, because she takes the best pictures of Katelynn!! We had to settle for these, which are cute, just don't ask us about the "experience."

I promised Amy and Rick last night that I would post pictures of Katelynn's room on the blog. I took pictures before Katelynn was born and before it was really "lived in." These are from today, notice the adorable little princess on the floor!

I decided it was time to switch out her 3-6 month clothing for 6-12 months.

She is a perfect little helper.

Saturday morning, she decided to play in the basket.

We're also the proud new owners of a boat. This is Katelynn's boating outfit. Gran and Grandpa took pictures of our Saturday boating outing, we'll post those soon. Katelynn loved the water and watching Uncle Jay trying to waterski. We're looking forward to more time spent in the boat with our family.

Saturday afternoon, our friends from DeKalb came to visit us and meet Katelynn. Katelynn was spoiled as Peyton, Bethany and Jaxon played and entertained her. She didn't even know her Mommy and Daddy were in the same room with her. It was a constant fight as to who got to hold her, play with her, hug her, kiss her, etc! Poor Becky and Corey barely got to touch her!

We had a wonderful weekend with our friends. If only they could move in next door! Hopefully, we'll get to visit again soon. Thanks to Corey, Becky, Peyton, Bethany and Jaxon. We miss you!!!

4 Years Ago Today...

In Favre We Trust

We don't have the time to get into all the Packer talk here in Wisconsin, but anyone who knows us knows we LOVE Brett Favre. And while we wish he was still in green and gold, he's still our favrite! 7 Months!

We enjoyed a wonderful weekend with Maggie - we are so glad she was able to come visit us and meet Katelynn. Maggie spoiled Katelynn! Katelynn was devestated when she left yesterday. She kept looking around for Maggie last night. THANK YOU for visiting us! We miss you already. We are so BLESSED by great friends and family.

Speaking of great friends, we are looking forward to LABOR DAY WEEKEND and a visit from Becky, Corey, Peyton, Bethany and Jaxon! We can't wait! We are so glad you want to spend Labor Day with us!!!!

It is so hard for us to believe that Katelynn is 7 months old already. She is so much fun. She wants to crawl so badly...but she just scoots. She will get up on her knees and even onto her feet with some help. She jumps, she rolls like crazy, she laughs and plays. We get the biggest kick out of her. She entertains us! She wants to see everything that is going on. She recognizes people and smiles back at them - it's so precious! You just have to see her to appreciate her wonderful personality. And, have you heard her talk? Oh, it melts my heart!

This Weekend...

...we were finally home! What a blessing after being gone the last 3 weekends. We spent Saturday getting pictures taken, shopping for cars, traveling the Bay, and playing at home. Today, we went to church, went car shopping, and went to Katelynn's first softball game, to watch Uncle Jay! We are looking forward to Friday when Aunt Maggie comes to play! YAY!

Packer Family Night

Last Sunday we enjoyed the annual Green Bay Packers Family Night at Lambeau Field. Even though it was a little rainy, we still had a good time!
